The Repair Department is located on the second floor, on the right, of our 290 California Avenue store. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 to 5:30. You can also email us at repairs@kspphoto.com.
The Repair Department handles warranty and non-warranty repairs of most brands of photographic equipment. Usually, repairs are sent to the original manufacturer, or authorized repair station. The average time to complete a repair is 4 weeks Manufacturers require proof of purchase and a warranty card to obtain warranty repair work. Please bring this paperwork with your equipment to expedite the repair.
Function checks and exterior cleaning are done on the premises.
Digital SLR Cleaning:
Our Repair Department now cleans most digital SLR sensors. This cleaning can eliminate almost all of your dust spot problems quickly and inexpensively. The cost is $ 50.00 for a body and lens combination. Most cameras can be returned to you in less than a week.
