The Repair Department is located on the second floor of our 290 South California Avenue store.

The Repair Department handles warranty and non-warranty repairs of most brands of photographic equipment. Usually, repairs are sent to the original manufacturer, or authorized repair station. The average time to complete a repair is 4 weeks. Manufacturers require proof of purchase to obtain warranty repair work. Customers that have purchased an extended warranty contact need to bring both proof of purchase and extended warranty documentation. Proper paperwork helps us expedite your repair.

Function checks and exterior cleaning are done on the premises.

Our Repair Department now cleans most digital SLR sensors. This cleaning can eliminate almost all of your dust spot problems quickly and inexpensively. Most cameras can be returned to you in less than a week.
